Hello! I am Marissa and am the owner and primary therapist at MC Counseling LLC. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I provide telehealth therapy to adults 18 and older throughout the state of Indiana. I enjoy working with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, and dissociative events/dissociative identity offering a supportive and collaborative space to explore challenges, build insight, and develop effective tools for change.

In my practice, I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Therapy is a partnership — one where we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

If this resonates with you and you are interested in learning more about the next steps, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to learn more about your needs and explore if this may be a good fit. Please visit the contact page to schedule your free consultation.

How I can support you

My approach

I approach therapy from a collaborative, client-centered perspective, tailoring my work to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals. My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in building a strong, trusting relationship that fosters safety and openness. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and elements of mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approaches. This integrative framework allows me to support clients in developing practical skills, increasing self-awareness, and processing difficult experiences, while also promoting resilience and meaningful, lasting change.
